Let’s talk about one of the most dreading things in internet marketing – refunds.

If you are selling lots of products, refund requests become increasing frequent. Quite frankly, they are inevitable. Even if the products you put out are of extremely high quality, you will still get refund requests for one reason or another.

Sometimes, the product just isn’t right for them.

Sometimes, the purchase wasn’t intended.

And sometimes people just want to steal your work and then get their money back.

Whatever the reason, the result is almost always the same – you end up with less money at the end of the day. However, refunds are not something you should spend a lot of time worrying about, because they can be delt with quite easily. Here is how I personally deal with refund requests, and what I’d recommend you do as well.

I have believed for a while now that every blogger should try their hands at Kindle publishing at least once. Kindle books are about as passive as it gets, because once you publish it, Amazon will continue to try and sell it to interested customers forever. The books require very little to no maintenance, and publishing more and more books is a great way to grow your income over time.

As bloggers, we have a huge advantage over everybody else, because we already have a lot of experience writing. We already know how to effectively communicate ideas. We already know how to make our writing exciting and engaging. Most of us are great at selling as well.

This means that if somebody like us started publishing on Kindle, we’d have the upper-hand.

If you’ve visited the blog recently, you may have noticed that I haven’t been extremely active. I’ve been here just as much as always, but I’ve been slower to respond to comments, haven’t been as active on social networks, and haven’t visited other people’s blogs as much as I usually like to.

This is very strange of me, because usually those things are some of my top priorities. However, I have been extremely busy these past few weeks working on a brand new course. Achieve Financial Independence And Retire Early is finally out!

I’m a real big fan of automation when it makes sense.

There’s a lot that goes into successful blogging, far beyond just writing great posts. There are a million and one tasks bloggers seem to have to do to keep up, and doing it all on your own can be tedious, intimidating, and exhausting.

Unfortunately, we are not all big companies with teams of employees to delegate tasks to. We do not have email lists greater than the population of the cities we live in. We don’t have a ton of crazy fans willing to do our work for us.

That’s fine. We don’t need to.

There are so many incredible tools available today that can do a lot of the work for us that we used to have to do manually. Let’s take a look at some automation tools I’m using personally that I think you should check out too!

A few email exchanges later, Thomas asked me if I’d be interested in a guest post for my site. Knowing the quality behind his work, I couldn’t refuse. So without any further ado, here’s Thomas!
