I’d be interested to hear a bit more about that. I’m a member of a few groups but haven’t used them much for advertising purposes. I’ll have to look into a bit more.

Facebook is still where the majority of people are spending their time and while it works better in some niches than others, it’s definitely been a good use of my time so far as a marketer.

It amazes me how many people discredit the likes from these countries because they aren’t Tier 1. In my eyes the most important thing is total profit, and the return on investment from these countries is fantastic if you target the right people.

Not to mention, the extend outreach available from these people sharing your content for free ultimately saves a lot of money on advertising.

I’ve been doing the same thing lately along with using Groups.

Facebook still rocks and I look forward to their new changes for the Pages.

Very detailed post here. I did not actually know about this trick until recently and you are absolutely right, these are people you can definitely promote your content to and for close to nothing.
